Erica Bliss Winston, LMBT (NC License # 4797) is a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist based in the Cary area. Ms. Winston provides individually tailored massage therapy with a special interest:

Ms. Winston graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program at Wake Technical Community College. Prior to her studies, she was personally deeply involved in somatic education and bodywork, which resulted in becoming pain and migraine-free. Her early career in software programming, training and consulting sensitized her to process and the potential to work with change instead of against it.
